LOCAL COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

At Wild Heart Wildlife Foundation, we passionately encourage people who love the Wild to get involved.

The success of any conservation project stands a far better chance of being successful and  becoming fully supported by communities if local people are directly involved. International supporters also play an irreplaceable part as valuable assets to wildlife conservation in Southern Africa. WHWF wants to encourage people with the desire and motivation to make a difference, to do so from wherever they are.

"During the Covid19 Pandemic Lockdown, WHWF has formed strong bonds with our Local Community. We helped each other weather the storm, and continue to support and network on many levels, so that we can all get through this difficult time together" ~ Carina (CJ) WHWF

From knitting blankets to cooking food for Volunteers, from lovingly sewing masks to collecting fresh food for starving Animals - our local community has done it all in 2020, and we are forever grateful for your enthusiastic participation!

Below you will find the Current Projects needing Local Support. Remember that TAX benefits apply to South African donors.

Local or international, your participation is needed.
